Klasifikasi Karakteristik Fisik Biji Pinang Belah Kering (Areca catechu) Menggunakan Pengolahan Citra Digital

Abstrak. Klasifikasi biji pinang belah merupakan penyortiran berdasarkan mutu maupun karakteristiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi kering menggunakan pengolahan citra dengan metode K-Nearest Neighbor karakteristik parameter bentuk dan tekstur. Biji 8 klasifikasi yaitu bagus telungkup, telentang, busuk pecah benda asing telentang. Sebanyak 1.920 ditangkap kamera kinect v2, di mana data latih 1.280 uji ada sebanyak 640 biji. Fitur yang digunakan area, perimeter, kontras, korelasi, energi, homogenitas ekstraksi citra. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa fitur cukup mampu membedakan beberapa pinang.
